HPLC法测定穿心莲内酯滴丸中穿心莲内酯的含量

目的:探讨测定穿心莲内酯滴丸中穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,使用Hypersil-CN(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水(40∶60)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长254 nm。结果:穿心莲内酯在20.0~100.0μg/ml范围内有很好的线性关系,其线性方程为A=11484C+35642(n=5,r=0.9998),回收率为100.53%,RSD=0.39%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法测定穿心莲内酯滴丸中穿心莲内酯线性关系好、准确度高、稳定性好、专属性强,可作为该产品的定量控制方法。

Determination of the andrographolide in andrographolide pill by HPLC

Objective: To establish the determination method for the of andrographolide in andrographolide pill with HPLC.Methods: The HPLC method was used at a Hypersil-CN column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) as analytical column,with the mobile phase of methanol-water(40:60).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,and the detection wave-length was 254nm.Results: The concentration of andrographolide was linearly related to its peak area in the rang of 20.0～100.0 μg/ml,the linear regression equation was A=11484C+35642(n=5,r=0.9998).The recovery was 100.53% and RSD of 0.39%(n=6).Conclusion: The determination of andrographolide in andrographolide pill with HPLC has a good linear relation with the high accurate rate and the good stability,so it can be used for the quantitative analysis.
