| 摘 要： | 目的：分析多潘立酮在治疗反流性食道炎和功能性消化不良过程中出现的不良反应。方法：对每日口服３０～９０ｍｇ多潘立酮的８６５０例病人进行随访，及时记录病人出现的各种异常情况。结果：发生不良反应８４例，不良反应总发生率０．９７％。不良反应有轻度腹痛、腹泻、乏力、头痛、泌乳、男性乳房发育、锥体外系反应、月经失调、皮肤过敏、ＡＬＴ升高、ＷＢＣ轻度降低等。泌乳和锥体外系反应、月经失调和ＡＬＴ升高均与服大剂量多潘立酮有关。结论：多潘立酮的不良反应发生率低，与剂量有关，调整剂量后便减轻或消失。

| Abstract: | AIM: To analyse the adverse reactions of domperidone in treating reflux esophagitis and functional dyspepsia. METHODS: The 8650 patients given po the domperidone 10-30 mg, tid were followed up. The adverse reactions, blood, urine, feces, liver and kidney functions were examined regularly. RESULTS: Adverse reactions occurred in 84/8650 patients (0.97%) including mild abdominal pain, diarrhea, weakness, headache, lactation, gynecomastia, extrapyramidal reactions, dysmenorrhea, allergy, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevation, slight decrease in WBC, which did not influence the treatment. The lactation, extrapyramidal reactions, dysmenorrhea, and ALT elevation were related to large dose (60-90 mg/d) of domperidone. CONCLUSION: The adverse reactions of domperidone were infrequent and dose-related which were reduced or disappeared after reduced the dosage. |
