氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死临床观察

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取2013-01—2014-06我院神经内科收治的68例脑梗死患者,采用数字列表法将其随机分为常规组和联合组,常规组采用传统治疗方式,联合组采用氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗,对比2组患者的临床治疗效果,并评估2组患者的神经功能缺损情况。结果联合组总有效率94.10%,明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,2组神经缺损功能评分和生活能力评分和治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);联合组神经功能缺损评分明显低于常规组,生活能力评分明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死效果显著,能够有效阻止病情恶化,改善患者的身体质量,提高其神经功能评分,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of clopidogrel and fluvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of cere-bral infarction. Methods Sixty-eight inpatients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Jun 2014 were selected, and were randomly divided into conventional group and combined group by the digital list method. The conventional group ap-plied the traditional treatment method,and the combined group used clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared,and then the neurological function of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effec-tive rate of the combined group was 94.10%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with before treatment,neurological deficit score and life ability score of two groups after treatment had statistically significant differences (P < 0.05 );after treatment,the neurological function defect score of the combined group was significant lower than that of the conventional group,and the ability of life score was signifi-cantly higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin for cerebral infarction is remarkable,which can effectively prevent the disease from deteriorating,improve the quality of patients,improve the neurological function score,and it is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
