强化护理干预在念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的应用

目的：探讨强化护理干预在念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取我科2014年2月收治的念珠菌性阴道炎患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上强化用药指导、健康卫生及饮食干预等，比较两组健康知识的掌握情况、用药的依从性、治疗效果及复发率。结果观察组在用药、健康卫生及饮食等方面的健康知识评分高于对照组，用药依从性优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组的疗效高于对照组，护理后的阴道健康评分、阴道脱落成熟指数高于对照组，阴道炎症评分、复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论强化护理干预能够增加念珠菌性阴道炎患者的健康知识，提高治疗效果，降低复发率。

Application of the intensive nursing intervention on patients with candida vaginitis

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on patients with candidal vagini-tis. Methods A total of 80 patients with candidal vaginitis in our department were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was received routine nursing; based on the conditions of the control group, the observation group was given enhanced nursing, such as medication guidance, health hygiene and dietary interven-tion, and made a comparison of the patients′knowledge on the health, medication compliance, treatment effect and re-currence rate between the two groups. Results The health hygiene and diet, medication score and treatment compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the vaginal health score and the maturity index of vaginal shedding after nursing were higher than those of the control group, the score of vaginal inflammation and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can improve the health knowledge and the treatment effect of patients with candidal vaginitis, and reduce the recurrence rate .
