摘    要:目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激用于精神分裂症中安全性及可行性。方法运用随机抽样方选取我院2013-01-2014-09收治的60例精神分裂症患者,依据治疗方法将患者分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组患者给予假刺激方案治疗,研究组给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗。结果研究组阳性和阴性症状评分均显著低于对照组(P0.05),精神症状改善时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P0.05),治疗的总有效率93.3%(28/30)显著高于对照组70.0%(21/30)(P0.05),不良反应发生率13.3%(4/30)显著低于对照组33.3%(10/30),P0.05。结论重复经颅磁刺激用于精神分裂症中安全可行,值得推广。

Safety and feasibility of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of schizophrenia
Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treat-ment of schizophrenia.Methods Sixty schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected using random sampling method,who were divided into study group (n = 30)and control group (n = 30)according to the treatment methods.Patients in the control group were given sham stimulation regimen,while the study group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment.Results Compared with control group,the scores of positive and negative symptom in the study group were significantly lower (P <0.05),and the improvement of mental symptom and hospitalization stays were significantly shorter (P <0.05).In addition,the findings indicated that the total efficient rate of 93.3% (28/30)in study group was significantly higher than 70.0% (21/30)in the control group (P <0.05);otherwise,the incidence of ad-verse reactions in study group was 13.3% (4/30),which was significantly lower than 33.3% (10/30)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is feasible and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
