阴茎癌患者术后的抑郁症状调查研究

目的 研究阴茎癌患者手术1～5年后抑郁症状的发生情况及有关原因.方法 使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)及关联因子调查表对35例术后1～5年阴茎癌患者及35例健康男性抑郁症状发病率进行调查,并对抑郁症状的相关因子进行分析.结果 阴茎癌患者术后的抑郁症状发生率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).其中导致患者抑郁症状的重要因素是生殖器外观形态满意度、阴茎残留长度、性生活满意度及已婚.已婚组和未婚组抑郁症状的发病率间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 阴茎癌患者术后常发生抑郁症状,影响其生活质量,应适时进行心理干预.主要影响因素为性能力、生殖器外观满意度、已婚.

A study of depressive symptoms and related factors for penile cancer

Objectives Study of patients with carcinoma of penis after 1 ～ 5 years of depressive symptoms and related reasons.Methods Using the self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the related factors questionnaire in 35 patients with penile cancer incidence rate in patients with depressive symptoms were investigated, and the related factors of depressive symptoms were analyzed.Results Penile cancer patients with postoperative incidence rate of depressive symptoms was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.01).The most important factor is the genital appearance satisfaction, residual length of penis, sexual satisfaction and married.There was statistically significant difference between married and unmarried group two (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Symptoms of depression often occurs in patients with carcinoma of the penis, affect the quality of life, the psychological intervention should be timely.The major influencing factors of ability, genital appearance satisfaction, married.
