前列腺癌与ABO血型的相关性研究

目的 探讨前列腺癌与ABO血型之间的关系,进而在遗传学方面对该病的危险因素进行初步的探讨.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法对445例前列腺癌患者的血型与对照组1793例健康人群的血型进行对比,并分析前列腺癌患者ABO血型抗原与术前TPSA值及术后Gleason评分的相关性.结果 病例组血型分布为A＞O＞B＞AB,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).A抗原与前列腺癌具有相关性(P ＜0.05,RR=1.344),与术前TPSA值及术后Gleason评分差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 前列腺癌与ABO血型抗原具有一定的相关性,A抗原是前列腺癌发病的危险因素之一,对前列腺癌的风险预报有参考价值.

Study on correlation between rostate cancer and ABO blood type

Objectives To study the relationship between Prostate Cancer (PCa) and ABO blood groups, and to discuss the risk factors for this malignancy.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed to compare the blood types between 445 PCa patients and 1793 healthy people.For PCa patients, preoperative TPSA and postoperative Gleason score were recorded and the correlation between their values and ABO blood type antigen were analyzed.Results The distribution of blood types was A ＞ O ＞ B ＞ AB, and there was no significant difference between PCa group and control group (P ＞ 0.05).PCa was significantly related to A antigen(P ＜0.05 ,RR =1.344), and A antigen was also significantly related to preoperative TPSA and postoperative Gleason score (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Prostate cancer and ABO blood type antigen has certain correlation.A antigen is a risk factor for prostate cancer and can help risk prediction for prostate cancer.
