| 摘 要： | 目的：以自身服药前后为对照,观察阿托伐他汀（Atorvastatin）对青年高脂血症患者的调脂疗效。方法：36例青年高脂血症患者（年龄18-39岁）口服阿托伐他汀10 mg,1次/d,连续治疗8周。结果：总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）较治疗前均有显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）无明显改变。有1例出现轻度恶心。结论：阿托伐他汀对青年高脂血症患者有明显的降脂疗效和良好的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of Atorvastatin on hyperlipemia of the young patients by comparing their blood lipid levels before and after taking the medication. Methods:36 young patients ranged from 18 to 39 years old with hyperlipemia were given Atorvastatin with a dose of 10mg qd which lasted 8 weeks.Results:The levels of TC,LDLC and TG significantly decreased,while the HDL-C level had no obvious change.There were 1 case of temporary epigastric discomfort and 2 cases of slight AST increase.Conclusion:Atorvastatin can significantly and securely reduce the blood lipid level in young patients with hyperlipemia. |
