| 摘 要： | 单纯性收缩期高血压是老年高血压人群中最常见的一种类型，也是老年人心脑血管事件的重要危险因素，具有较高的发病率和病死率。近年来在单纯性收缩期高血压研究方面取得了许多进展。现就单纯性收缩期高血压的流行病学、发病机制以及治疗进展进行简要概述。

| Abstract: | Isolated systolic hypertension （ ISH ） , the most frequent type of uncontrolled hypertension in the elderly, is an important risk factor in cardiovascular diseases. It is also associated with high morbidity and mortality. Recent studies have shown progress in the understanding of ISH. This paper reviews the epidemiology, pathogenesis and the development of antibypertensive therapy for ISH in the elderly. |
