| 摘 要： | 目的：观察整脊松筋手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：187例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组95例和对照组92例,治疗组采用整脊松筋手法治疗,对照组采用传统推拿治疗。结果：治疗20d后,两组腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效比较,显示治疗组效果要明显优于对照组。结论：整脊松筋手法对腰椎间盘突出症有明显促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of orthopaedicspinal and tendon-relaxing massage on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： 187 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups, 95 in the treatment group and 92 in the control group. The treatment group was given orthopaedicspinal and tendon-relaxing massage therapy, while the control group was given the traditional massage therapy. Results： 20 days after treatment, the treatment group showed better effect than the control group. Conclusion： The orthopaedicspinal and tendon-relaxing massage played an obvious role in promoting symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. |
