中西医结合治疗中风后胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

目的：观察西药配合加味平胃散治疗中风后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：随机将127例患者分为治疗组和对照组。所有的患者均给予脑血管病的常规治疗,对照组采用西药对症治疗;治疗组在西医治疗基础上合用加味平胃散辨证治疗,治疗2周为1个疗程,入院第2天及14天后进行疗效评分及统计。结论：西药配合加味平胃散辨证治疗中风后胃肠功能障碍疗效优于单纯西药治疗,并能改善患者神经动能缺损程度,降低病死率,减少并发症。

Clinical research on treating stomach and intestine functional disturbance after apoplexy in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of modem medicine combined with modified Pingwei powder on treating stomach and intestine fimctional disturbance after apoplexy. Methods： 127 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given western medicine on symptoms besides routine treatment, while the treatment group was given modified Pingwei powder more on symptoms and signs. The efficacy was evaluated on the second and fourteenth day respectively. Conclusion： Modem medicine combined with modified Pingwei powder had better efficacy than simple western medicine on treating stomach and intestine functional disturbance after apoplexy.
