大柴胡汤合大承气汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎36例疗效观察

目的：探讨大柴胡汤合大承气汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：将72例急性胆囊炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组各36例,对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予大柴胡汤合大承气汤加减治疗,对比两组疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组总有效率97.22%优于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论：大柴胡汤合大承气汤加减治疗急性胆囊炎可明显缩短病程,提高临床疗效,无明显毒副作用,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Efficacy observation on treating 36 cases of acute cholecystitis by the Dachaihu decoction combined with Dachengqi decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Dachaihu decoction combined with Dachengqi decoction in treating acute cholecystitis. Methods： 72 patients of acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients in each group. The control group was given antibiotics, while the treated group was given Dachaihu decoction combined with Dachengqi decoction besides. The incidence rates of side effect in both groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 97.22%, significantly higher than that in the control group 77.78% （P〈0.05）. The vanishing time of symptoms in the treated group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. No side effects were detected in both groups. Conclusion： the Dachaihu decoction combined with Dachengqi decoction was effective in treating acute cholecystitis, worth a wide clinical application.
