高压氧合并针刺治疗面瘫疗效观察及护理

目的：观察高压氧合并针刺治疗面瘫临床疗效；方法：面瘫患者58例随机分为两组，观察组29例采用高压氧合并针刺治疗，对照组29例单纯采用针刺治疗，结果：观察组愈显率98．5％，对照组愈显率72．45％（P〈0．05）有显著性统计学意义。结论：采用高压氧合并针刺治疗面瘫优于单纯针刺治疗。提示：治疗中应加强护理，以达到顺利完成治疗的目的。

Observation and Nursing on the Treatment of Facial Paralysis with the Combination of Hyerbaric Oxygen and Acupuncture

Obiective： To observe the clinical efficacy of facial paralysis with the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acu- puncture. Methods： 58 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group has 29 cases, used the treatment of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy; and the control group 29. cases, used the treatment of acupuncture. Results：The cured and markedly effective rate of the observation group were 98.5 %, the cured and markedly effective rate of the control group were 72.45 % （P〈0.05）, the statistical significance is obvious. Conclusion： To treat facial paralysis the method of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture is better than simpleacupucture therapy. Tip：in order to treat facial paralysis successfully,nursing should be enhanced.
