万拉法新治疗抑郁性神经症

目的 观察国产万拉法新治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效和不良反应。方法 采用门诊方式，非对照研究。入组100例均为符合CCMD－2－R抑郁性神经症诊断标准，服药剂量每日50－100mg，用HAMD量表在治疗前和治疗后每周末，判定疗效。用TESS量表在治疗1周、4周后评定不良反应。结果 总有效率达90％以上，不良反应较少且轻微，主要有头昏、恶心、厌食、失眠和焦虑等。结论 小剂量的万拉法新治疗抑郁性神经症有较好的疗效，不良反应轻微，药物的依从性好。

Venlafaxine Treatment of Depressive Neurosis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of depressive neurosis.Methods one hundred of outpatients with depressive neurosis in open-lable,non-compared treatment study with venlafaxine for 4 weeks,with a does range from 50mg to 100mg daily(taken orally).Efficacy was assessed with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAM-D)at weeks 0,1,2,3,4.Side-effects was assessed with the TESS at weeks 1 and 4.Results The total response rate was over 90%.Side-effects were mostly mild and brief,major of which were dizziness,nausea,anorexia,insomnia,anxiety,and so on.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that venlafaxine is effective and well tolerated for the treatment of depressive neurosis at small doses.
