| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的护理效果。方法:对2008年1月—2012年9月食管癌术后发生吻合口瘘的9例患者采取心理护理、肠内营养支持、抗感染、减轻吻合口张力等措施,改善患者营养状况,促使瘘口愈合。结果:通过积极治疗和护理,9例患者全部治愈出院。结论:早发现、正确治疗和护理是治愈吻合口瘘的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the care of anastomotic leakage after esophageal cancer operation.Methods:A retrospective analysis on 9 cases of anastomotic leakage after esophagectomy patients from January 2008 to September 2012 in our hospital.To improve the nutritional status of patients promote fistula healing,take some measures,for example:psychological care,enteral nutrition,anti-infection and reduce anastomotic tension.Results:Through active treatment and care,9 patients were cured.Conclusion:The key of cure the anastomotic fistula is early detection,proper treatment and care. |
