TGF-β1与Smad4在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨TG-β1与Smad4在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发生发展的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测67例大肠癌组织中TGF-β1与Smad4蛋白表达。并选择24例正常人大肠黏膜组织作为正常对照组。结果：大肠癌组织中TGF-β1蛋白的阳性表达率为67．2％，较正常对照组（4．2％）明显增高（P〈0．05）；大肠癌组织中Smad4蛋白的阳性表达率为44．8％，较正常对照组（95．8％）明显（P〈0．05）降低；TGF-β1和Smad4在大肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关（r=-O．521；P〈O．01）。结论：高表达的TGF-β1和低保留表达的Smad4在大肠癌发生发展中起重要作用，且二者作用具有相关性。

The expression and biological significance of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in colon carcinoma tissue

Objective： To explore the significances of TGF-β1 and Smad4 expressed in the progression aggressiveness of colon carcinoma. Methods： The protein expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 were detected in specimens from 67 cases of colon carcinoma and 30 cases of normal colon mucosa tissues with immunohistochemical method. Results： Our results showed that the positive rate of TGF-β1 in colon carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissue （67.2% vs 4.2%; P〈0.05）, while the positive rate of Smad4 protein expression was lower than that in normal colon tissue （4.8% vs 95.8%; P〈0.05）. The negative correlation was observed between the positive expression of TGF-β1 and preserved expression of Smad4（r=-0.521; P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The positive expression of TGF-β1 and reduced expression of Smad4 may be closely related to the genesis and development of colon carcinoma. There is a negative correlation between the expression of TGF-β1 and that of Smad4.
