摘    要:目的:探讨TG-β1与Smad4在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发生发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测67例大肠癌组织中TGF-β1与Smad4蛋白表达。并选择24例正常人大肠黏膜组织作为正常对照组。结果:大肠癌组织中TGF-β1蛋白的阳性表达率为67.2%,较正常对照组(4.2%)明显增高(P〈0.05);大肠癌组织中Smad4蛋白的阳性表达率为44.8%,较正常对照组(95.8%)明显(P〈0.05)降低;TGF-β1和Smad4在大肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-O.521;P〈O.01)。结论:高表达的TGF-β1和低保留表达的Smad4在大肠癌发生发展中起重要作用,且二者作用具有相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the significances of TGF-β1 and Smad4 expressed in the progression aggressiveness of colon carcinoma. Methods: The protein expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 were detected in specimens from 67 cases of colon carcinoma and 30 cases of normal colon mucosa tissues with immunohistochemical method. Results: Our results showed that the positive rate of TGF-β1 in colon carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissue (67.2% vs 4.2%; P〈0.05), while the positive rate of Smad4 protein expression was lower than that in normal colon tissue (4.8% vs 95.8%; P〈0.05). The negative correlation was observed between the positive expression of TGF-β1 and preserved expression of Smad4(r=-0.521; P〈0.01). Conclusion: The positive expression of TGF-β1 and reduced expression of Smad4 may be closely related to the genesis and development of colon carcinoma. There is a negative correlation between the expression of TGF-β1 and that of Smad4.
