支气管肺癌仿真内镜与纤维支气管镜检查的对比研究

摘    要:目的 对比研究仿真支气管镜(Virtual endoscopy,VE)检查与纤维支气管镜(Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy,FOB)检查在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法 分别从发现管腔内肿瘤生长的阳性率、发现管腔狭窄的阳性率、发现隆突变形和增宽的阳性率及检查到狭窄远端支气管的阳性率四个方面比较两种检查方法。结果 两种检查方法在发现隆突增宽变形方面完全一致;在发现支气管腔狭窄方面,VE和FOB检查无明显差别;在发现支气管腔内肿瘤生长方面,FOB优于VE;在检查肿瘤狭窄处远端支气管方面,VE优于FOB。结论 VE和FOB各有优缺点,VE能在一定程度上代替FOB,用于肺癌的诊断。

Abstract:Objective: To study the value of virtuil endoscopy ( VE ) or fiberoptic bronchoscopy ( FOB ) for the diagnosis of lung cancer with comparing two ways. Methods: The two ways were compared on the rate of finding the carcinoma grow in bronchiole,or finding narrow bronchiole,or finding the changed carinama,or checking the narrow distant bronchiole.Results:The two ways were no difference on finding the changed carcinoma. VE was no obvious difference from FOB on finding the narrow bronchiole. FOB was better than VE on finding the carcinoma grow in brochiole. VE was better than FOB on checking narrow the distant bronchiole .Conclusions: VE or FOB has good point and defect each,and VE can replace FOB in some extent for diagnosis of lung cancer.
