神经症患者的性别差异分析

目的　探讨神经症患者的临床变量、个性特征与性别的关系。方法　用龚氏修订的艾森克个性问卷调查并对 72例男性和 89例女性神经症患者的临床变量进行回顾性调查及对照比较。结果　不同性别的神经症患者在病程、个性特征及生活事件的内容方面存在较明显差异。结论　应给予中年女性神经症患者更多的心理支持 ,提高广大医务人员尤其内科医师识别、诊断神经症的能力 ,开展联络精神病学工作 ,将对节约医疗资源 ,减少患者的身心痛苦 ,降低神经症的发病率有着重要的现实意义

Analysis of Sex Difference in Patients with Neurosis

Objective To study clinical variable and personnality characteristics and difference of sex.Methods 72 males and 89 females with neurosis were test with EPQ and compare with clinical variable and aersonnality characteristics and difference of sex.Results There were different in males and females Neurosis in disease time and personnality characteristics and life affairs.Conclusion If fellow methods can be used,such as taking more attention and assistance on the mentality of the middle-aged female,enhancing med-personal's abilities of diagnose and distinguish diagnose on neurosis,especially for physicians,developing liaison phychiatry,that must take great real significance on economizing the medical treatment resource,reducing the pations' pains,decreasing the incidence of the neurosis.
