摘    要:提出基于以 Pd-Ni为复合基体改进剂和利用二次灰化法的热解涂层石墨炉原子吸收测定中药材中硒和钼的方法。该方法的相对标准偏差分别为硒小于 4.2 % ,钼小于 5 .0 % ,加标回收率分别为硒 93 .7%~ 1 0 5 .8% ,钼 94.6%~ 1 0 1 .9%。方法准确 ,结果满意 ,已用于 1 0 0种中药材中硒和钼含量的测定

Abstract:The methods for direct determination of Selenium and Molybdenum in traditional Chinese medicine by pyrolytic coated graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) with nickel and palladium as the mixed matrix modifler and using two ashings were described.The relative standard deviation is Iess 4.2% for the determination of Selenium and less 5.0% for molybdenum.The recovery of standard addition is from 93.7% to105.8% for Selenium and from 94.6% to 101.9% for Molybdenum.The methods have been applied to the determination of Selenium and Molybdenum in 100 traditional Chinese medicin e with satisfactory results.
