摘    要:
采用微波消解—氢化物发生—ICP—AES法测定扁蕾中痕量砷。方法简便快速,检出限为1.04μg/L,RSD为0.76%,样品加标回收率为99.3%~100.1%。

Abstract:
A microwave digestion-continual flow hydride generation—ICP—AES method was proposed for the determination of As in Gentianopsis paludosa.The detection limit of the method is 1.04 μg/L and the RSD is 0.76%.The recovery obtained was 99.3%~100.1%.
