儿童尿液分析联合尿沉渣检测的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨儿童尿液分析联合尿沉渣检测的临床应用意义。方法 2011年6月至2012年6月,采用UF-100全自动尿流式分析仪、尿液干化学分析仪以及镜检的方式分析500分儿童尿液样本。比较三种方式的检测结果。结果干化学法红细胞阳性例数335,白细胞阳性例数38例;流式细胞法红细胞阳性例数252例,白细胞阳性例数87例;尿沉渣镜检红细胞阳性例数244例,白细胞阳性例数78例。流式细胞术与尿沉渣镜检比较,红细胞的阳性符合率为96.3%,阴性符合率为90.7%,白细胞的阳性符合率为80.0%,阴性符合率为97.0%。结论干化学法可用于尿检的初筛,而流式细胞术具有快速、标准化、可重复操作等优点,对于干化学法和流式细胞术法检测结果阳性的标本,需要进行进一步镜检。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of urinalysis combined with urine sediment detection in children. Methods From Jun 2011 to Jun 2012, 500 children urine sample were detected with UF-100 automatic urinary flow analyzer, urine dry chemistry analyzer, and microscopic examination. The results were compared. Results Positive cases of red blood cell was 335 by urine dry chemistry analyzer, and positive cases of WBC was 38, A positive case of red blood cell was 252 detected by urinary flow, and WBC was 87. A positive case of red blood cell was 244 detected by microscopic examination, and WI3C was 78. FCM compared with microscopic examination, positive coincidence rate of red blood cell was 96.3%, negative coineidence rate was 90.7%, positive coincidence rate of WBC was 80.0%, and negative coincidence rate was 97.0%. Conclusion Urine dry chemistry analysis Could be used for preliminary screening. FCM shows speediness, standardization, repeatable. Positive samples which are detected by FCM and urine dry chemistry analysis should be detected by microscopic examination further.
