| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种消毒方法的消毒效果。方法选择200例样本采用两种消毒方法进行对比研究,随机分为臭氧床消毒机消毒法(观察组)、含氯消毒液擦试法(对照组),两组各100例。结果观察组与对照组的合格率分别为99%、90%,观察组对细菌的杀灭率也高于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧床消毒法操作简单、方便,效果肯定,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Compare the two method of disinfection sterilization effect.Methods A total of 200 patients with sample by using two kinds of disinfection method comparative study,randomly divided into ozone bed sterilizer disinfection method（observation group）,chlorine disinfection wipe test（control group）,two groups of the 100 cases.Results The observation group and control group of qualified rate was 99% and 90%,respectively,the observation group of bacteria killing rate is higher than that of the control group,two groups of comparisons,the differences are significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ozone disinfection of bed operation is simple,convenient,the effect is sure,is worthy to be popularized. |
