| 摘 要： | 目的探讨H型高血压与复发性脑梗死的关系。方法随机入选98例急性脑梗死合并有高血压患者,测定半胱氨酸水平、高血压,分为H型高血压脑梗死组51例,非H型高血压脑梗死组47例,计算其首发性脑梗死和复发性脑梗死的发生率,并采用彩色多普勒血流像技术检测颈部动脉颈动脉斑块。结果 H型高血压脑梗死组复发性脑梗死的发生率显著高于脑梗死组(P<0.05),H型高血压梗死组颈总动脉斑块的检出率明显高于非H型高血压脑梗死组(P<0.05)结论 H型高血压可能为复发性脑梗死的一个独立的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between H-type hypertension and recurrent cerebral infarction.Methods Randomly selected 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were be divided into H-type hypertension infarction group and non H-type hypertension infarction group.The carotid artery examination was performed by the colour Doppler ultrasonography technique for all patients to detect the Carotid artery plaques.Results The incidence of recurrent cerebral infarction group in the H-type hypertension infarction group was significantly higher than that in the non H-type hypertension infarction group.The carotid artery plaque detection rate of H-type infarction group was significantly higher than non H-type hypertension cerebral infarction group.Conclusions H-type hypertension may be an independently risk factor that is associated with recurrent cerebral infarction. |
