骨质疏松患者的脊柱畸形及其与腰背痛的关系

为分析骨质疏松患者的脊柱畸形与腰前疼痛症状的关系。本文统计了２２１名老年性骨质疏松症患者的脊柱外观化、请柬菜程度、椎体骨折类型及其与腰背痛程度的关系。结果：腰背痛的程度和频率有程度有关。椎体呈楔状变形的患者其痛痛程度更为严重其差异具有显著统计学意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：骨质疏松患者的脊柱畸莆主要表现为脊柱的局部后凸尤其是胸段脊柱后凸角的增大，其中又以凹圆背畸形最为多见。柱畸形明显者其腰背疼前也更

Spinal deformity and back pain in osteoporosis

Objective:To investigate the relationship between spinal deformities and clinical symptoms of back pain.Methods: Two hundred and twenty one patients with senile osteoporosis were assessed for spinal curve, deformity and pattern of vertebral fracture. Then the results of assessment were analysed for the relationship to the seventy and frequency of back pain. Results: The seventy and frequency of back pain were related to the seventy of spinal deformity,the pain from wedge deformity was more severe and frequent (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The spinal deformities in osteoporotic patients are characterized by the local kyphosis of spine, especially thoracic kyphosis, and hollow round back is the most common deformity. Severe back pain was found to be associated with more severe spinal deformities. The increased thoracic kyphosis might be compensated by lumbar spine, sacral spine, sacroiliac joint, pelvis, hip and knee, so that a series of clinical symptoms such as back pain would be induced. The results suggest that osteoporotic spinal deformity and secondary changes in posture might be one of the causes of back pain in the elderly.
