| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人及在常见疾病中的血浆纤维蛋白原的变化.方法采用血凝仪ACL300测定1 014例老年期和老年前期在正常和几种老年常见疾病状态下的血浆纤维蛋白原的变化.进行统计学t检验.结果通过对正常组和疾病组老年期血浆纤维蛋白原测定,发现血浆纤维蛋白原随年龄增加而增加,呈显著性的差异(P＜0.01).结论纤维蛋白原不仅作为凝血因子,而且可作为应激因子,随年龄增高相应增高,并对疾病活动的早期发现有辅助诊断意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess variations of plama fibrinogen in the elderly and in several diseases of high prevalence.Methods The values of plasma fibrinogen, acquired by the thrombometer ACL 300 from 1 014 cases who are absent of diseases and in several diseases of high prevalence, are in normal distribution and t-test was used to analyze those data. Results The value of plasma fibrinogen increases as the age increases in normal group and in diseased group with ages more than 60.Conclusions Fibrinogen not only plays an important role in coagulation system but also functions as a stress factor and increases as the age goes up. It also contributes to early diagnosis of several diseases. |
