| 摘 要： | 目的了解导致血液质量问题的原因，进而采取针对性措施，减少血液的浪费。方法对2004～2008年我站无偿献血在采集过程中出现血液质量不合格报废原因进行统计分析。结果本次调查显示：2004—2008年在采集过程中血液质量不合格报废率分别为1．036％、1．085％、0．717％、0．696％和0．690％。结论为了减少血液的浪费，必须从我做起，严把采血质量关，确保血液的质量和，临床输血安全。

| Abstract: | Objective Know the reasons leading to the blood quality problems and take specific measures in order to reduce blood waste. Methods Make statistics and analysis about unqualified reasons in blood collecting in my centre since 2004 to 2008. Results his survey shows that the unqualified rates of blood quality in blood collecting process respectively are 1. 036%, 1. 085%, 0. 717% ,0. 696% and 0. 690%. Con- clusion Do my best to control quality of biood collecting for reduing blood waste and making sure the blood quality and the safty of clinical blood tranfusion. |
