祛瘀解毒法治疗痛性痔病的临床研究

目的探讨祛瘀解毒法治疗痛性痔病的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将201例痛性痔病(血栓性外痔、炎性外痔、嵌顿痔)患者随机分为2组,治疗组103例予祛瘀解毒立法组方,制备诺尔康洗剂治疗;对照组98例予高锰酸钾外洗治疗,观察2组临床疗效和主症积分变化。结果治疗后第3 d、第7 d主症明显改善,各主症积分、治愈率2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论祛瘀解毒法治疗痛性痔病疗效确切。

Recipe of removing the blood stasis and detoxifying the poison on the treatment of painful hemorrhoid

Objective To discuss the effect and mechanism of recipe of removing the blood stasis and detoxifying the poison on the treatment of painful hemorrhoid.Methods 201 patients with painful hemorrhoid were divided into treatment group,which was treated by recipe of removing the blood stasis and detoxifying the poison combined with Nuo-er-kang lotion,and control group,which was treated by external treatment of potassium permanganate.The effect was evaluated by score of primary symptoms.Results The primary symptoms were improved in 3rd day,7th day.There was significant difference between two groups on score of primary symptoms and cure rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Recipe of removing the blood stasis and detoxifying the poison has definite effect on the treatment of painful hemorrhoid.
