CGMS监测无知觉性低血糖的效果观察

目的 探讨CGMS监测无知觉性低血糖的效果和意义.方法 将接受胰岛素泵治疗的120例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者按照自愿的原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用CGMS,对照组使用强生血糖仪监测血糖,比较2组对患者发生无知觉性低血糖的检测效果和住院期间控制血糖需支付的医疗费用.结果 实验组对Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗中无知觉性低血糖检测率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);实验组患者住院期间控制血糖的平均费用与对照组无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 CGMS能准确有效地监测无知觉性低血糖,及时调整胰岛素用量,减少低血糖发生率,从而降低住院期间控制血糖需支付的总费用.

Effect observation of continuous glucose monitoring system in detecting unawareness hypoglycemia syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS)in detecting unawareness hypoglycemia syndrome.Methods 120 patients who suffered diabetes mellitus(DM)and received insulin pump therapy were divided into two groups:experimental group(used CGMS)and control group(check blood glucose by SureStep plus of Life Scan company).The detection rate of unawareness hypoglycemia syndrome and expense in checking blood glucose of two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of unawareness hypoglycemia syndrome of experimental group was significant higher than that of control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in expense of checking blood glucose between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions CGMS can detect unawareness hypoglycemia syndrome exactly,by which we can regulate the quantity of insulin and decrease the occurring rate of hypoglycemia,so the fee of treating glycemia will decrease.
