| 摘 要： | 目的：研究糖尿病足发生的危险因素及预防护理对策。方法：选取2006年1月-2008年1月在我院住院治疗并确诊的糖尿病足患者共67例,记录患者入院时的年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、吸烟史及糖尿病足的病变部位等资料,作多因素Logistic回归分析。结果：与糖尿病足发生相关的危险因素为年龄（P〈0.01）、性别（P〈0.05）、吸烟史（P〈0.01）及HbA1c（P〈0.05）水平。结论：及时有效的干预措施和积极良好的足部护理可以预防糖尿病足的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the risk factors for diabetic foot(DF) and its preventive care countermeasures.Methods:From January 2006 to January 2008,67 patients with DF were treated in our hospital.Age,sex,duration of diabetes,history of smoking and DF of the patients,as well as other information,were recorded.Logistic regression analysis of the risk factors for DF was performed.Results:The DF-related risk factors were found to be age(P<0.01),gender(P<0.05),history of smoking(P<0.01) and HbA1c level(P<0.05).Conclusi... |
