HPLC法同时测定奥兰替胃康片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量

目的:建立同时测定奥兰替胃康片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法:色谱柱:Ultimate C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)；流动相:乙腈-0.1％磷酸(25∶75)；流速:1.0 ml· min-1；检测波长:283 nm;柱温:30℃；进样量:10μl.结果:柚皮苷在98.0 ～784.0 ng(r =0.999 9)、新橙皮苷在120.3 ～962.4 ng(r =0.999 8)范围内呈良好的线性关系.柚皮苷平均回收率为97.80％,RSD=1.23％(n=6)；新橙皮苷平均回收率为98.20％,RSD=1.70％(n=6).结论:本法重复性好、灵敏度高、定量准确,可用于奥兰替胃康片的质量控制.

Determination of Naringin and Neohesperidin in Aolanti Tablets by HPLC

Objective ： To establish an HPLC method of determining naringin and neohesperidin in Aolanti tablets. Method： Ulti- mate C18 column （250 mm x4. 6 mm,5um） was used. Acetonitrile - 1% phosphoric acid solution （25： 75） was applied as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was at 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml- min -1 with the column temperature of 30 ℃. Result： The lin- ear range of nafingin Was 98.0-784.0 ng（ r = 0. 999 9） and the average recovery was 97.80% with RSD of 1.23% （ n = 6 ）. The linear range of neohesperidin was 120. 3-962.4 ng （r =0. 999 8） and the average recovery was 98. 20% with RSD of 1.70% （n =6）. Con- clusion： The method is reproducible, sensitive and accurate, it can be used for the quality control of Aolanti tablets.
