| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂（GM1）与CD3、CD4、CD8、IgM和C3变化的相关性。方法将我院新生儿科住院60例中度HIE患儿随机分为GM1组和对照组,每组30例。两组患儿均采用常规治疗,GM1组加用GM120mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液20ml静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组加用胞二磷胆碱0.125g加入5%葡萄糖注射液20ml静脉滴注,1次/d。两组均于入院后第1d用药,疗程均为7-10d。且于第1d、第7d采血,分别检测CD3、CD4、CD8、IgM和C3免疫指标。结果 GM1组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。GM1组治疗后血清CD3、CD4、IgM和C3均明显升高,CD8明显下降,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论 （1）GM1治疗HIE的临床疗效优于胞二磷胆碱;（2）GM1可能通过一定程度上抑制血清CD8过高浓度,一定程度上升高血清CD3、CD4、IgM和C3过低浓度,从而起到脑保护作用。（3）血清GM1与CD3、CD4、CD8、IgM和C3可作为HIE临床预后的免疫参考指标。
