摘    要:目的:建立丹红片中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液(20∶ 80)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 ml· min-1,柱温:30℃.结果:丹参素钠在8.160 ~97.920 mg·L-1的浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为100.06%,RSD =0.46%(n=6);原儿茶醛在0.292~ 2.336 mg·L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r =0.999 1),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=0.69%(n=6).结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,准确度高,为丹红片的质量控制奠定了基础.

Abstract:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danhong tablets. Method: A DiamonsilTM Cls column (250 mm x4. 6 mm,5 um) was used at 30 ℃ ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0. 05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (20: 80) ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: The tinear ranges were 8. 160-97. 920 mg.L-1 (r =0. 999 3) for sodium Danshensu and 0. 292-2. 336 mg-L-1 (r =0. 999 3)for proto- eatechuic aldehyde. The average recovery of Danshensu and protocatechuie aldehyde was 100. 06% ( RSD = 0. 46% ) and 99. 92% (RSD = 0. 69% ),respectively (n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable with good reproducibility. It can be used as a quality control method for Danhong tablets.
