| 摘 要： | 目的运用速度向量成像（VVI）技术分析冠心病患者左室缺血心肌运动功能。方法选择正常对照组20例及冠心病组40例,其中冠心病组又按照冠脉造影结果分为心肌缺血组（14例）和心肌梗死组（26例）。VVI技术测量左心室心肌纵向及径向收缩期峰值速度（Vs）、应变（SRs）及应变率（ε）,比较冠心病组和对照组之间各节段有无差异。结果 （1）梗死节段纵向及径向Vs、SRs、ε明显低于对照组相应节段。（2）缺血节段纵向Vs、SRs、ε较正常组相应节段减低,较冠脉造影相比VVI诊断前间隔基底段心肌缺血的敏感性为85.7%,特异性为88%。结论 VVI技术较冠脉造影方便、快捷、重复性好,有望成为临床上无创诊断冠心病特别是严重心肌缺血的一项新技术。
