中老年人群中的感觉寻求人格

目的 感觉寻求人格与大脑皮层唤醒状态有关,获得中老年人群中的感觉寻求人格的正常值有利于研究中老年人的脑功能和感知心理。方法 我们用Zuckerman感觉寻求尺度(40项)在59名正常中老年人中(女38,男21)测定了感觉寻求人格状态。结果 与西方国家人群相比,中国的中老年在总分和各项亚人格的得分均偏低,其中冒险和危险亚人格随年龄的增加而减弱,且男性人群比女性更易放纵自己,而在经历寻求和不甘寂寞亚人格中性别的差异不明显。结论本实验第一次在中国中老年人中测定出完整的感觉寻求人格,为在中老年正常人和早老性痴呆和老年性痴呆患者的脑功能和感知心理的研究中提供了相关数据。

Sensation Seeking Personality in the Middle-aged and the Elderly Population

Objective The sensation seeking personality is correlated with cortical arousal level.The normative data is important for the research of brain function and cognitive psychology in the middle-aged and the elderly population. Methods We obtained the corresponding data in 59 middle-aged and elderly healthy subjects(38 women and 21 men)using Zuckerman's sensation seeking scales(40 items). Results Com-pared with the occidental population,Chinese subjects scored lower in the total and the subscales.Thrill and adventure seeking declined with age.Men showed elevated Disinhibition than women.There were no statistically significant differences in Experience seeking and Boredom susceptibility subscales. Conclusions This is the first complete study of sensation seeking personality in China,It offers the corresponding data which will con-tribute to the research of brain function and cognitive psychology in normal middle-aged and elderly popula-tion,and in patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease or senile dementia.
