体重指数及血脂甘油三酯与脂肪肝的相关性分析

目的:探讨脂肪肝与体重指数、血脂的关系,为进一步预防和诊治脂肪性肝病奠定基础.方法:对我科1005例体检人员测量身高和体重,计算体重指数(BMI),并对肝脏进行B超检查及血脂检查.结果:1005例受检者中共检出脂肪肝301例,检出率为29.95%;随BMI的增加,脂肪肝检出率有明显增高趋势,其中肥胖组脂肪肝检出率明显高于非肥胖组(P＜0.0001);脂肪肝组的高甘油三酯血症及混合型高脂血症的检出率明显高于非脂肪肝组(P＜0.0001).结论:肥胖和以甘油三酯升高为主的高脂蛋白血症与脂肪肝的发生呈正相关.控制体重和降低血脂水平对防治脂肪肝具有重要的临床意义.

Relativity analysis between BMI(triglyceride)and fatty liver

Objective:To discuss the relationships between fatty livers and obesity with triglyceride. Method:To measure height and weight for 1005 health-check receivers and calculate weight index,and inspect liver with ultrasonic B and blood lipoprotein while they were fasting.Result:There were 301 out of 1005 health-check receivers suffering from fatty liver. Positive index were 29.95%;As BMI(body mass index)increased,positive in fatty liver had significant increasing trend, fatty liver in obesities were obviously higher than non-obesities among the health-check receivers(P<0.0001);high triglyceride in blood and mixture hyper-lipoproteinemia in fatty liver group were significant higher than in non-fatty liver group(P<0.0001). Conclusion:Obesity and high triglyceride in hyper-lipoproteinemia are positive related to fatty liver,there are important clinic significance in weight control and blood lipoprotein decrease in preventing fatty liver.
