当归含量测定时阿魏酸供试品制备条件的实验设计

摘    要:目的:利用正交实验,研究当归中阿魏酸供试品制备的最佳条件。方法:利用药典检测方法,采用L9(34)正交实验表安排提取方法、药材形状、提取时间3个因素设计正交实验。结果:阿魏酸供试品制备的最佳方法为用极薄片超声波法提取20min。结论:用本实验方法制备供试品时间短,效率高,是制备阿魏酸供试品的最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the optimum condition in preparative condition of ferulaic acid in angelica by perpendicular experiment.Methods:The L9(34) was used to plan extraction,medicinal substances shape and extraction time and the dispensatory detected method was be used.Results:The optimum condition in preparative condition of ferulaic acid in angelica was extract 20 min by using thin slice and supersonic.Conclusion:Using this experiment method to preparative ferulaic acid was the optimum method for short time...
