胆总管下端结石的CT诊断

目的分析胆总管下端不同类型结石的CT表现、诊断和鉴别诊断.材料与方法回顾性分析47例经手术或临床治疗证实的胆总管下端结石的CT资料.结果CT能较准确地显示胆总管下端结石的密度、形态、位置等,诊断正确率为87.2%,并依结石形态、密度的不同分为高密度结石、泥沙样结石、软组织密度结石、混合密度结石.结论螺旋CT是目前诊断胆总管下端结石非损伤性检查中最好的方法之一.

CT Diagnosis of Distal Common Bile Duct Stones

Purpose: To analyze the CT manifestations of the different stones in the distal common bile duct, and evaluate the differential diagnostic value of CT in bile duct stones. Materials and methods: CT findings of 47 cases of distal common bile duct stones proved by operation or clinical treatments were retrospectively analysed. Results: The accuracy of CT diagnosis was 87.2% (41/47) for distal common bile duct stones. CT could direct display density, size, and position of the stones and it were classified into 4 types according to their different density: high density stones, sandy stones, soft tissue density stones and mixed density stones. Conclusion: Spiral CT is one of the most reliable and noninvasive imaging method for detecting the distal common bile stones.
