| 摘 要： | 上下颌第一磨牙是口腔咬力的中心，为使此部位的种植义齿修复更好地恢复其咀嚼力。本文通过对上下颌第一磨牙缺失后宽间隙的18例患者，采取植入2枚种植体的设计，依据缺隙的具体宽度，选择不同型号的种植体进行搭配，烤瓷单冠修复。经过1－2年的临床观察，种植体稳固，种植体周围组织健康，种植义齿与邻牙接触点良好，无食物嵌塞，咬状况良好，患者感到舒适美观、满意。作者认为这是一种有效的可推荐的修复方法。

| Abstract: | The first molar is key tooth in dental occlusion. Biomechanics must be specially considered if implant isPerformed for the wider space of a loot first molar .This report presents the method of two implant for therestoration the first molar in 18 cases. After 1-2 years follow-up, The results suggest that the implants are stable, no infection presents in soft tissue, no food impact presents between implant denture and nature tooth. |
