摘    要:本实验观察到抗坏血酸(VC)加透骨质酸(HA)对胚鸡肢体骨的生长、发育有促进作用.能提高碱性磷酸酶活性(AJP),使骨钙含量、骨长度、骨重量均增加。HA能协助VC促进钙化化骨.本实验用维生素D3(VD3)作阳性对照。

Abstract:In this experiment we observe that the mixture of Vc and HA can promote tha growth and development of the Limb of embryo chicken. The combination can increase the ALP, the content of calcium, and the length and the weight of bone statistically. Cooperating with Vc, HA can promote the calcification and ossification. In our experiment vitamin D3 acts as the positive control.
