长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的 观察长春瑞滨（NVB）＋顺铂（DDP）方案（NP方案）治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应. 方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年1月40例用NP方案治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料.NP方案：长春瑞滨25 mg/m^2,静脉滴注第1、8天;顺铂75 mg/m^2,静脉滴注第1～3大.21 d为1个周期,共4个周期.观察患者的近期疗效和不良反应. 结果 NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的总有效率为32.5%,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率42.5%,外周神经毒性发生率72.5%. 结论 NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌安全、有效,不良反应相对较小,值得推荐.

Effect of vinorelbine and cisplatin on non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of NP regimen(NVB + DDP)on nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods The clinical data of 40 cases with NSCLC was collected from January 2005 to January 2010.They were treated with NP regimen(NVB 25 mg/m2,d1,d8,intravenous drip;DDP 75 mg/m2,d1～3,intravenous drip).21 days were one course and the treatment lasted for 4 courses.The short-term curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results The overall response rate was 32.5%.Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ hematopoietic toxicity was observed in 42.5%,and peripheral nerve toxicity was 72.5%. Conclusions NP is an.effective and safe regimen on NSCLC.The toxicity and adverse reaction is relatively small,the price is relatively low,it has vast development prospects.
