头痛宁联合多赛平预防中重度经期性偏头痛的临床研究

目的探讨头痛宁胶囊联合多赛平片预防中重度经期性偏头痛的效果，旨在为预防中重度经期性偏头痛提供指导依据。方法选择在本院2010年1月1日～2012年12月31日确诊为中重度经期性偏头痛的病例100例作为观察对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组分别用普萘洛尔、阿米替林或丙戊酸进行预防，服药时间：月经期前1～2d至月经期后2d。全部为单一给药，预防无效的病例更换其他两种药物之一。研究组采取给予头痛宁胶囊及多赛平口服（头痛宁胶囊每日3次，每次3粒，多赛平片每日2次，每次12．5mg），服药时间：月经期前1-2d至月经期后2d。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为100％，对照组为72％，两组差异有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应比较，差异无明显统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论头痛宁胶囊联合多赛平片预防中重度预防经期性偏头痛效果好，且耐受性好、不良反应少，值得临床应用推广。

The clinical research of Toutongning joint doxepin in prevention of se- vere competition menstrual migraine

Objective To investigate the effect of Toutongning joint Doxepin in prevent of severe menstrual migraine, aimed at the prevention of severe menstrual migraine basis to provide guidance. Methods In our hospital from Jan- uary 2010 to December 2012,diagnosed with moderate to severe menstrual migraine cases 100 cases as an object of observation were randomly divided into control group and the study group, the control group were used Punailol, amitriptyline or valproic acid for prevention, medication time ： menstrual period before 1-2 days to 2 days after the menstrual period. All as a single dose to prevent invalid cases replace the other two drugs. Study group was given Toutongning capsules and oral Doxepin tournament （Toutongning three times a day , every three, Doxepin 2 times a day, every 12.5mg）, medication time： 1-2 menstrual period before days to 2 days after the menstrual period. After treatment ,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was 100%,the control group was 72%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of two groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Toutongning capsules joint Doxepin prevention of severe menstrual migraine prevention effect is good, and well tolerated, adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
