骨桥蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 研究OPN、MMP-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义.方法 采用免疫组化检测OPN和MMP-2在14例正常宫颈上皮组织、32例宫颈鳞状上皮内肿瘤和78例宫颈鳞癌组织的表达及相关性.结果 OPN、MMP-2在正常宫颈上皮组织、宫颈鳞状上皮内肿瘤及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达率依次升高,分别为7.14%、34.38%和66.67%以及14.29%、40.63%和74.36%,三组均比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).间质浸润深度〉1/2或有淋巴结转移的鳞癌,其OPN和MMP-2表达阳性率均明显高于间质浸润深度≤1/2或无淋巴结转移的鳞癌(P<0.05).鳞癌组织中OPN、MMP-2的表达之间存在明显相关性(P<0.05).结论 OPN、MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展过程中可能起着重要作用,检测OPN及MMP-2的表达或有助于宫颈鳞癌转移的早期发现.

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinicopathological significance of osteoponin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 were detected in 14 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium,32 cases of CIN and 78 cases of SCC by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of OPN and MMP-2 were 66.67% and 74.36% respce- tively in SCC, significantly higher than those in CIN and normal cervical squamous epithelium (P 〈 0.05). Both OPN and MMP-2 expression rates in cases with invasion depth 〉1/2 cervical wall or lymph node metastasis were signifi- cantly higher than in those with invasion depth≤ 1/2 cervical wall or without lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05). The expression of OPN was significantly related to MMP-2 expression in SCC (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Over-expression of OPN,MMP-2 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of cervical squamous carcinoma.
