妇科恶性肿瘤患者家庭功能状况及影响因素调查分析

目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者的家庭功能状况，分析其影响因素。方法选择在我院治疗的妇科肿瘤患者100名，另选择健康体检的育龄妇女100名作为对照。分别采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表、家庭功能评定等进行调查。结果恶性肿瘤组（65．2±11．7）的亲密度评分显著低于对照组（74．9±10．6）分（P〈0．05），患者的年龄与总功能、沟通、角色、情感反应得分呈负相关（r=-0．201，-0．220，-0．241，-0．212，P〈0．05或0．01），结婚时间与行为控制和情感介入得分呈负相关（r=0．165，-0．164，P〈0．05）。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者其家庭功能较健康家庭差，生活中的负性事件、患者的年龄、婚龄、性格等均是影响其家庭功能的相关因素。

Survey of family functioning condition and influencing factors of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor

Objective To survey family functioning condition and influencing factors of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods One hundred cases with gynecologic malignant tumor and 100 healthy women were surveyed by family adaptability and cohesion evaluation scales and family assessment device. Results Malignant tumor group adaptability score was （65.2±11.7） scores, which was lower than control group （74.9±10.6） scores （P〈0.05）. Age showed negative correlation with total function, role, emotional response （r=-0.201,-0.220,-0.241 ,-0.212,P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Marriageable age showed negative correlation with behavioral control, affective involvement （r=0.165,-0.164,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family functioning condition of patients with gynecologic malignant tumor is lower than healthy women. Adverse events in life, age, marriageable age, character are influencing factors of family functioning condition.
