臂丛麻醉结合推拿治疗肩周炎中护理干预价值分析

目的探讨臂丛麻醉结合推拿治疗肩周炎中护理干预价值。方法选择90例患者，随机分为两组，各45例。观察组实施臂丛神经阻滞联合推拿结合护理干预，对照组则仅实施臂丛神经阻滞联合推拿治疗．比较两组患者术前依从性、术中生命体征、术后恢复情况及治疗后肩关节活动度情况。结果观察组术前主动配合治疗的比率显著大于对照组（P〈0．05），试一试态度和抵触治疗的比率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组术中出现循环抑制、呼吸抑制和术中明显疼痛的比率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），术后患者将患肢主动爬墙者显著多于对照组（P〈0．05），出现患肢压伤和烫伤的比率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论臂丛神经阻滞联合推拿结合护理干预治疗肩周炎，解除患者术前紧张焦虑情况，更好地提高了患者治疗依从性，保证治疗效果和减少术后并发症。

The value of brachial plexus anesthesia combined with massage therapy with nursing intervention for frozen

Objective To investigate the value of nursing intervention for brachial plexus anesthesia combined with massage therapy with frozen. Methods A total of 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups, each of 45 cases, the observation group were treated with nursing intervention for brachial plexus anesthesia combined with massage therapy,the control group were only treated with brachial plexus block combined with massage therapy, then before surgery compliance, intraoperative vital signs and treatment of postoperative recovery after shoulder mobility situation were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group with the rate of preoperative with actively co- operate with treatment was greater than control group （P〈0.05）, the ratio of the attitude with try and inconsistent were lower than control group （P〈0.05）, intraoperative circulatory depression , respiratory depression and intraoperative pain were lower than control group （P〈0.05）, postoperative active climbing the limb ratio was more than control group （P〈0.05）, appeared bruised limbs and bums ratio was lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for brachial plexus anesthesia combined with massage therapy for frozen can relieve preoperative anxiety situation and improve patient adherence, so it can ensure treatment and reduce postoperative complications.
