护理干预对股骨干骨折内固定术后膝关节功能与术后疼痛的影响

目的 将护理干预应用于股骨干骨折内固定术后所取得的疗效进行观察探讨. 方法选取78例在我院进行股骨干骨折内固定术的患者,按护理方式的不同将其平均分成两组.对照组39例患者进行普通护理,实验组39例患者进行有针对性的护理干预.比较两组患者采用不同护理方法后膝关节的功能恢复情况及疼痛情况. 结果两组患者经护理后,实验组优良率（89.74%）明显高于对照组优良率（61.54%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.实验组膝关节功能评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）. 结论对股骨干骨折内固定术后的患者进行护理干预,减轻了患者的痛苦,加快了膝关节功能的恢复,明显降低了膝关节术后疼痛,对患者的病情有较大的影响,临床疗效较为明显,在临床上可以广泛运用.

The effects of nursing intervention on knee function and postperation pain of femoral shaft fracture after internal fixation

Objective To observe and discuss the efficacy of nursing intervention applied in internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture. Methods 78 patiens of internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture in our hospital were chosen, and divided them into two groups equally by different nursing methods, the control group （39 cases） was given ordinary nursing ,and the experiment group （39 cases） was given targeted nursing intervention. The recovery of the knee joint function and pain conditions of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the excellent rate of the experiment group （89.74%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （61.54%）,it had statistical significance. The knee function score of the experiment group was significantly better than the control group, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying nursing intervention in patients with internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture reduces the pain of patients and accelerates the recovery of knee joint functions,with curative effects, which can be widely used in clinic.
