全方位护理对原发性肺癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应的效果分析

目的 探讨全方位护理干预对原发性肺癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应的临床应用效果. 方法 112例患者随机分为两组,分别采取一般常规护理和全方位干预护理,比较两组口腔黏膜反应出现时间、患者疼痛程度以及治疗8周后患者口腔黏膜反应分级. 结果治疗8周后观察组3、4级反应15例,占26.79%,对照组28例,占50.00%,两组口腔黏膜反应情况差异有统计学意义（Ridit=17.574,P=0.000）,观察组疗效优于对照组;观察组出现口腔黏膜反应时间为（5.26±1.42）周,患者VAS得分为（4.99±1.95）分,对照组出现口腔黏膜反应时间为（4.31±1.21）周,患者VAS得分为（6.75±1.38）分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组出现反应时间晚于对照组,患者疼痛程度轻. 结论全方位护理干预能够延缓口腔黏膜反应出现时间,减轻反应严重程度,对原发性肺癌放疗治疗的副作用具有良好预防效果.

Effect of full range nursing on oral mucosa reactions induced by radiotherapy in patients with primary lung cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of full range nursing on oral mucosa reactions induced by radiotherapy in patients with primary lung cancer. Methods A total of 112 patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively took the general routine care and full range nursing, compared two groups of oral mucosa reaction occurred in patients with oral mueositis grade time, pain degree of patients after 8 weeks treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment there were 15 cases reaction 3, 4 grade inobservation group （26.79%）, 28 cases in control group （50%）, two groups had statistical significance （Ridit=17.574, P=0.000）, the observation group curative effect was better than the control group; oralmucosareaction time was （5.26±1.42） weeks, VAS score was （4.99±1.95） in observation group （4.31±1.2l） weeks and （6.75_＋1.38） in control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically sig- nificant （P〈O.05）, the observation group reaction time laterand mildder pain than the control group. Conclusion Full range nursing intervention can delay the oral mucosa reaction time, decrease the reaction severity, good preventive effect on side effects of radiotherapy in treatment of primary lung cancer.
