摘    要:目的 探讨脑梗死患者实施行为改变教育策略后对运动功能及生活质量的影响. 方法选择我院治疗的急性脑梗死患者250例,将患者按就诊的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各125例,对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理,观察组患者在常规治疗及护理的基础上实施行为改变教育策略,比较治疗前后各时间点两组患者的上肢、下肢简式FMA积分、改良Barthel指数、QOF评分. 结果两组治疗2周、4周、8周的改良Barthel指数及上肢、下肢FMA积分与治疗前比较明显升高,治疗后同时间点两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05).观察组及对照组治疗8周后的QOF评分与治疗前比较明显升高,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05). 结论脑梗死患者实施行为改变教育策略能够促进其肢体运动功能恢复,使日常生活活动能力提高,可以在临床推广使用.

Influence of behavior change education strategies on the cerebral infarction patients

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence on motor function and quality of life of the patients with cerebral infarction after education strategy implementation behavior change. Methods Selected 250 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group (n=125). Control group patients received routine therapy and nursing, and observation group received nursing education strategy implementation behavior change on the basis of routine treatment. Before and after the treatment of upper limb, lower limb short form FMA integral, modified Barthel index and QOF score were compared between two groups. Results Modified Barthel index and upper limb and lower limb FMA integration of the observation group and control group patients increased after treatment 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and there were significant differences between two groups after treatment (P 〈 0.05). QOF rating score of the observation group and control group of 8 weeks after treatment were higher than before treatment, and compared with the control group after treatment, observation group increased significantly, the difference was statistically signifi- cant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients implementation of behavior change education strategy can promote limb motor function recovery, the ability to improve daily life activities, can be used widely in clinical.
