FHIT和P16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的研究FHIT和P16基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其意义。方法使用组织芯片和免疫组织化学SP法检测FHIT和P16基因蛋白在60例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况。结果非小细胞肺癌中FHIT和P16蛋白表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。FHIT的表达阳性率在肺鳞癌中为37.93%(11/29),在肺腺癌中为70.96%(22/31)(P〈0.05);P16的表达阳性率在肺鳞癌中为31.03%(9/29),在肺腺癌中为70.96%(22/31)(P〈0.05)。FHIT蛋白表达与肺癌淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05)。结论尚不能认为非小细胞肺癌中FHIT和P16蛋白表达相互关联。FHIT和P16在肺鳞癌发生中起了重大作用。FHIT可作为预测非小细胞肺癌有无淋巴结转移的指标。

Expression and significance of FHIT and P16 proteins in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract:Objective To discuss the expression and significance of FHIT and P16 in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The expressions of FHIT and P16 proteins were studied by tissue chip technique and immunohistochemical SP methods in 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Results The positive expression rate of FHIT and P16 protein in NSCLC was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05). The positive expression rate of FHIT protein was 37.93%(11/29) in squamous carcinoma tissues while 70.96%(22/31)(P 〈 0.05). This study also showed that the positive expression rate of pl6 protein was 31.03%(9/29) in squamous carcinoma tissues of lung and 70.96%(22/31) in lung adenocarcinoma tissues(P 〈 0.05) . The expression of FHIT in NSCLC was closely related to lymph nodes metastasis(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It can not be considered that the expression of P16 and FHIT protein in NSCLC were correlated with each other. FHIT and P16 play important role in the the development of squamous carcinoma of lung. FHIT may be considered as an indicator to predict the presence of lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung
