按摩耳神门穴配合心理疏导减低术前患者紧张情绪的临床研究

目的 探讨按摩耳神门穴配合心理疏导减低术前患者紧张情绪,减少患者麻醉前﹑麻醉中应急反应的作用. 方法随机选择择期手术患者120例,分为A组60例、B组和C组各30例.A组按摩耳神门穴,同时辅以心理疏导,B组和C组常规用咪达唑仑静脉注射（1 mg和2 mg）,记录10 ﹑15 ﹑20 ﹑25 ﹑30 min后的心率及平均动脉压. 结果 30 min后A、B、C组患者心率较入室前均显著降低（P＜0.05）;30 min后A、B、C组患者平均动脉压较入室前均显著降低（P＜0.05）,30 min后A、B、C组患者焦虑VAS评分较入室前均显著降低（P＜0.05）.A组无副作用发生,B组和C组副作用较多. 结论按摩耳神门穴配合心理疏导可减低术前患者紧张情绪,避免不良反应发生.

Clinical research on massage the auricular Shenmen with psychological counseling to reduce tension of preoperative patients

Objective To investigate the role of the massage the auricular Shenmen with psychological counseling to reduce tension of preoperative patients, reduce emergency response before anesthesia and anesthesia. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly selected, were divided into group A with 60 cases, group B and group C with 30 cases respectively. Group A were given massage the auricular Shenmen, supplemented by psy- chological counseling. Group B and group C were given intravenous midazolam （lmg and 2rag respectively）. Heart rate and mean arterial pressure were recorded after 10, 15,20,25,30 minutes. Results Compared with after the burglary, ①heart rate in A,B,C groups were significantly reduced after 30 minutes （P〈0.05）; ②The mean arterial pressure in A,B,C groups were significantly reduced after 30 minutes （P〈0.05）. ③The anxiety VAS scores in A,B,C groups were significantly reduced after 30 minutes （P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in group A, which in group B and group C was significantly higher. Conclusion Massage the auricular Shenmen with psychological counseling could reduce tension of preoperative patients, avoiding the incidence of adverse reactions.
