低剂量CT引导下胸部穿刺有效辐射剂量的研究

摘    要:目的 比较低剂量与常规剂量CT引导下胸部穿刺受检者的X线有效辐射剂量的差异.方法 低剂量与常规剂量CT引导下胸部穿刺病例各100例,低剂量组扫描参数为36 mAs,110 kV,常规剂量组为90mAs,130 kV.根据CT机自动记录的受检者剂量长度乘积(DLP)计算X线有效辐射剂量(ED),并进行统计学处理.结果 低剂量组与常规剂量组DLP分别为(50.45±23.79)mGy·cm和(240.59±98.87)mGy·cm,ED分别为(0.72±0.38)mSV和(3.36±1.39)mSv,两组DLP和ED的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 低剂量CT引导下胸部穿刺,可明显降低受检者的X线有效辐射剂量,符合放射防护最优化的要求.

Abstract:Objective To compare the difference of the effective radiation dose in the CT-guided chest centesis between low-dose and convention-dose. Methods A total of 200 cases of chest centesis were collected and divided into two groups: low-dose group and convention-dose group. Low-dose group (36 mAs, 110 kV) was used in 100 cases, and convention-dose group (90 mAs, 130 kV) was used in anotherl00 cases. The effective dose (ED) was calculated by dose length product (DLP) automatically recorded by the CT machine. And the statistical analyses on ED and DLP from two groups were performed. Results The DLP values for low dose group and convention-dose group were (50.45+23.79) and (240.59+98.87) mGy'cm, respectively, and the ED values were (0.72+0.38) and (3.36+ 1.39) mSv, respectively. The difference between two groups was statistical significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Low- dose of CT-guided chest centesis can reduce the radiation dose for the patient, and meet the requirements of optimization of radiological protection.
